At CapillaryFlow, you’ll become part of an innovative and rapidly expanding company that leads the market in its niche. We’re offering you the opportunity to join an exciting growth journey at a GreenTech company committed to sustainable technology. Here, you’ll work with cutting-edge solutions that make a real difference – both for our planet and for our customers.
As Sales & Project Manager, you will spearhead our expansion across the European market. This is your chance to combine your passion for sales, project management, and sports – all within an international setting.
CapillaryFlow is looking for a Sales & Project Manager to drive our growth in Europe. You’ll work across markets including equestrian sports, football, and golf, as well as broader applications within the Green City segment.
In this multifaceted role, you’ll be responsible for sales, project management, and technical customer support. Your key tasks include identifying new customers, developing strong long-term relationships with our distributors, and ensuring that our clients receive optimal solutions for their facilities.
You’ll oversee installation projects on-site, working closely with our technical team. This is both a strategic and hands-on role, blending business development with technical advice and project execution. You’ll report directly to the CEO and play a central role in our continued international expansion.
Given the nature of the role, frequent travel within Europe is expected – approximately 100–120 days per year – including longer stays during installation periods. When not traveling, your base will be our office in Gothenburg.
We’re looking for someone with proven experience in sales, technical support, and project management. You thrive in a role where you can drive deals forward and build long-lasting partnerships. Experience in developing distributor networks in the Nordics or internationally is a major advantage.
Ideally, you have a background in international sales, business development, or project management, preferably from small-scale construction or infrastructure projects. Experience in complex product or service sales – such as retail, franchising, or distributor models – is also relevant.
An interest in technical systems and construction-related projects is a plus. Fluency in Swedish and English is required, and additional language skills – particularly German – are highly desirable. A university degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Since the main market focus is on equestrian sports and facilities, prior experience or knowledge in equestrian sports is seen as a strong advantage.
You’re commercially driven, with a passion for technology and business development. Ambitious, goal-oriented, and solution-focused, you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can take ownership and make things happen.
You’re a relationship-builder by nature, and you’re motivated by creating long-term collaborations. You describe yourself as communicative and trustworthy – both in digital and in-person interactions. You’re organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at juggling multiple responsibilities.
Where others see challenges, you see opportunities – thanks to your positive mindset and inner drive. You’re a team player with an entrepreneurial spirit, and you enjoy working in a smaller company where you can truly make an impact.
We offer an exciting and developmental role where you’ll help shape CapillaryFlow’s expansion across Europe. This is a unique international career opportunity in a fast-growing company with a dynamic work environment, passionate colleagues, and short decision-making paths.
You’ll work with market-leading technology and sustainable solutions that make a tangible difference – all while enjoying a high level of flexibility and independence. While Sweden is your base, your reach will be truly international.
